Which condos in Nashua, NH are FHA-approved?

Downtown Nashua, New Hampshire, on a summer evening

Short answer

HUD's list showed 10 FHA-approved condo complexes in Nashua when Tom checked it on November 2, 2026. Two of those approvals end within weeks, so check a complex's status before you make an FHA offer. A condo that isn't on the list may still qualify through FHA's single-unit approval, or with a conventional loan.

What if the approval is about to expire?

The association has to renew FHA approval. If an approval ends before your closing date, ask the association whether the renewal is in progress, and ask Tom to check HUD's list again before you write an offer. A lapsed approval can mean switching to single-unit approval or a conventional loan.

What if a Nashua condo isn't on the list?

A single unit may still qualify through FHA's single-unit approval if the project meets HUD's requirements, including being complete and having at least five units. Otherwise, a conventional loan is the usual route, and the project has to meet the lender's condo rules. Request the association's questionnaire and budget early.

How much do Nashua taxes add to a condo payment?

Nashua's 2025 rate is $16.83 per $1,000 of assessed value, about $140 a month for each $100,000 of assessed value. Association dues count in the payment a lender uses to qualify you. Nashua is in Hillsborough County, where the 2026 FHA limit for a one-unit home is $589,950.

Next step: Send Tom the address. He'll check its FHA status and run the payment with Nashua's tax rate and the dues. No credit pull to start.
