Accessibility statement

Our goal

Everyone should be able to read the guides, use the calculators and reach Tom, whatever device or assistive technology they use. This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

How the site is checked

Before updates are published, every page is run through automated accessibility tests at desktop and phone widths. The site is built with labeled form fields, a "skip to content" link, visible focus outlines, text descriptions for images, and menus, forms and calculators that work with a keyboard.

What we know isn't perfect

Automated tests don't catch everything, and some content lives on other sites, such as the secure loan application on Elite Mortgage Group's application portal and links to government websites. We can't fix those pages, but we can help you another way.
