What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, and general details about your home plans. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect basic usage data, such as the pages you visit, the type of device you use and how you found the site. It does not give us your name or contact details. You can opt out with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can improve it. Clarity does not record what you type into forms. See Microsoft's privacy statement. This site never asks for your Social Security number, income documents or account numbers; those are collected only through Elite Mortgage Group's secure application portal.

How we use it

  • To contact you about your inquiry by phone, text or email
  • To prepare quotes, savings reviews and pre-approvals you request
  • If you sign up for the "new numbers" email, to send you a short note when the new loan limits and New Hampshire property tax rates are published

Texts and calls

If you agree to receive texts, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of getting a loan. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text consent with third parties for their marketing.

Sharing

We share your information only with Elite Mortgage Group, LLC, and the service providers and lenders needed to respond to your request or process a loan you apply for, or as required by law. Forms on this site are delivered to Tom by email through a form delivery service, FormSubmit. Google processes the usage data that Google Analytics collects; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We do not sell your personal information.
