Where the facts come from

Facts come from government agencies and official program pages, such as the NH Department of Revenue Administration, HUD, FHFA, the VA, USDA Rural Development, NH Housing and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Each guide lists its sources and when they were checked, and town tax rates show the year and link to the state's report.

No rates or predictions

This site doesn't publish interest rates or forecast where rates are headed, because rates change daily and depend on your situation. Calculators start with labeled example numbers; replace them with your own.

Keeping pages current

Pages are updated when loan limits, tax rates or program rules change, and each guide shows when it was last updated. Town tax rates are updated after the state publishes new rates each fall.

Places, not people

Town pages describe places, property taxes and loan programs. They don't rank towns or schools or describe who lives in a town or who should.

Nobody pays to be mentioned

No business pays to appear on this site. Service Connect listings are free, and nothing is expected in return either way.
